Private Charters

We provide helicopter for above mentioned services.

1. The charter will be treated confirm only after receiving full and final payment in advance baisis.

2. The aircraft will be provided on flying timings basis (minimum 01hrs flying time basis) in which the ferry timings will be also counted in the total flying time taken to and from the helicopter takes off place.

3. The helicopter will only take off from the Aerodrome only after receiving return landing permissions issued by the local authorities of the area. 

4. There must be a facility of proper landing helipad (As per PWD helipad noms) under DGCA noms.

5. The nature of the place should not be dusty or muddy, it must be watered properly.

6. Safety & security arrangements must be there, like Police, Fire brigade, Ambulance.  

7. Fencing to avoid gathering of the crowd near the helicopter landing ground (helipad) 

8. Only 03 to 04 passengers will be allowed due to weight limitations in the helicopter (Pilot & Engineer will be already there)

9. No other than small hand bags will be allowed in the helicopter.

10. No weapons/any hazardous things, tabaco & alcohol will be allowed on board.

11. The passengers who are found ill, intoxicated, mentally unfit or dangerous to the aircraft in such case the crew is libel to terminate the contract & refuse & cancel the booking at any time.

12. If helicopter is switching off at your destination for some time than there must be arrangements of the decent vehicle/food/accommodation for the crew & security for the helicopter.
