OUR GUIDELINES

**In case of Char Dham & Do Dham Yatara (Helicopter charters) ** - Trip cost will be based on a group not less than 06 paying pax.

**In case of groups doing trip with us** - Trip cost will be based on a group not less than 10 paying pax.

**In case of a student groups ** - Trip cost will be based on a group not less than 40 paying students group + 4Teachers.

 

50% adavnce at the time of trip booking and rest 50% will be deposited before 30 days of the date of travel.

If we do not receive all due payment in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case we will be entitled to keep all deposit paid or payment due at that date.

 

Everyone who will go on the trip has to fill the agreements form and by signing that form you are agreed on all the terms and conditions of the company.

 

In case of any natural hazards, natural clamedy, bad weather condition/ booming/ any bad/negative situation or circumstances which is beyond company’s reach, which is not in the companies’ hand for such disasters the company is not responsible and libel for any claim or refund. Company can only try to handle the situation in the best way but in any of these circumstances company is not responsible for anything and no sue or no clam can come on the company.

 

We aim to provide your holiday as booked, but if, for example, there are not enough people booked on your holiday or you do not pay the balance of the holiday price on time we reserve the right to cancel it. We also reserve the right to cancel your holiday in any circumstances but if we cancel your holiday, except where this is because you have not paid, you can either have refund or accept a replacement from us equivalent or similar standard and price.

 

In Train journeys only same person can travel who have the confirm reservation no one else can travel on his name that will be not entertained by the company or same will be with the Indian Railways policies. 

 

Cancellation Policy: -

​

You or any member of your party may cancel your tour at any time providing the cancellation is in writing. Notice of the cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your written communication. As we start to incur cost from the time the contract is confirmed. We will retain your deposit, but no other administration charges will be levied. Where written notification of the cancellation is received.

  • In case of cancellation 20% of the total tour cost will be adjusted for making your tour arrangements.  

  • Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% of the holiday cost.

  • 30 days or less before departure (or failure to join the holiday): 100% of the holiday cost.

 

If we alter or cancel your booking

We start planning the holiday we offer long in advance. Occasionally we have to update information in our brochures and other publications both before and after booking have been confirmed. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid charges and cancellation, we must reserve the right to do so.

 

Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel, or in any way changes the tour for reason of consolidation due to minimum numbers not being attained or force majeure Operation of all tours is dependent on a minimum number of persons booking the tour. If that number is not achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.

 

In no circumstance will we cancel your tour less than 4 week before the scheduled departure date except for reason of late cancellations from other passengers on your departure, force majeure (as defined below) of failure on your part to pay the final balance. We strongly recommend that you make no travel arrangements to your point of departure, make any connecting or incurs any cost in respect of visas confirmed. If you make such arrangement which you are then unable to use due to a change in your itinerary, we shall not be liable to you for the cost of those arrangements.

 

If we are forced to cancel your holiday after departure, we will wherever possible, make suitable alternative arrangements, if we are unable to make such alternative arrangements, or you reject these good reasons then we will return you to your point of departure and refund you for any unused services, if appropriate.

 

When you have advised of the alteration prior to the departure and elect to continue with the trip, this will be deemed to be acceptance of the changes(s)

 

We reserve all rights to remove or make changes to the products, information, content, material, tools and feature on this website at any time.

 

Important note:

Event beyond our control

Events beyond our control includes: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity and its consequences, industrial dispute, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, epidemics, health risk and pandemics, unavoidable and unforeseeable technical problems with transport for the reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers: closed or congested airport or ports, hurricanes, and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and other similar events.

 

Law & Jurisdiction

​

If you booked your holiday in any jurisdiction (including any booking via the internet), this contract and any other claim or dispute arising from or related to this contract, will be governed by the Indian law and court of India the case will be only logged and held in the city where we have our head office. 

​

Trip note

​

All trip notes detailed information for your booking contained therein will be deemed to be of the contract. Trip notes available from website by email or by post.

They contain up-to-date definitive information about the itinerary and travel arrangements. Should there be a discrepancy between the information in the brochure or website and the trip notes. The information in the trip notes supersedes that on the brochure or on the website and will be considered the most up-to-date and accurate.

Our price promises

​

Being a Rajasthan based company we require payment in the given time, we in turn have to pay our suppliers in due time. We are willing to absorb “normal “fluctuations but as with most Travel companies, reserve the right to adjust trip Price if/when our suppliers increase the price by 2% or more over a period of 6 months or less. Such adjustments will be to a maximum of 10% for every 6months. The advertised trip price is therefore indicative and will be fixed 2months prior to departure 

(Any applicable trip price 'discount' for the group of 15 or more participants will also be confirmed then) Trip price payments are due in 2 equal tranches due 2 months and 1 month before departure. Said payment are non-refundable.

 

Details of Insurance

​

It is a condition of your booking with us that you and all other members of your party are adequately insured on holiday.

Valid travel insurance is mandatory for all the clients while on one of our tours. You are strongly advised to insure yourself against possible risk that may occur and in particular to ensure that you have sufficient pre-departure cancellation cover which includes dependent relatives upon whom your trip depend. You should make sure your insurance includes escorted/led travel, as this is specific to the type of holiday we offer. You are required to carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if requested by company employees or supplier.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have possession of a valid travel insurance for entire duration of your trip in respect of medical expenses, medical emergency repatriation (including helicopter and air ambulance) and death. You must ensure that there are no exclusion clauses which limit covers for the type of activities included in your tour such as but not limited to, trekking at the altitude, as we will not be responsible for cost you may incur as a result of not having valid adequate travel insurance. It is the responsibility of all our clients to declare any material facts including medical conditions to their insurers as failure to do so many results in a claim being reduced or declined.

 

Personal injury

​

We will not make any payment if your injury, illness or death was caused by an event or circumstances which the person who caused it could not have predicted or avoided even if they take all necessary and due care. We will not make any payment if your illness, injury or death was your own fault. If we do make payment, it will be similar to one you would receive under Indian law in an Indian court.

 

Special request

​

We will consider special request such as special dietary requests or specific rooming requirement when you book. We will tell you whether there is a charge for the request. We can only guarantee requests for which there is charges or those that are confirmed in the writing.

 

Participation requirement

​

All clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary for the chosen holiday as described in the brochure. No unaccompanied minors (those under 18years age) can be accepted however older teenagers (those aged 14 and over) may be allowed to join certain groups tours provided they are accompanied by a parents or guardians who accept full responsibility for them.

 

 Anyone suffering from mobility impairment, illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical conditions must declare the nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the holiday. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and may result in such person being excluded from the holiday in which case all monies paid will be forfeit. If you are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise that might affect your or other people enjoyment of the holiday, you must advise us of this at the time of booking.

Visa, Health, Passport, Travel Documentation

​

Whilst we are able to provide basic information to clients regarding passport and visa requirements you should check with the appropriate embassy, consult or foreign office for the exact requirements for your chosen tour and date of travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct passport and visa to gain ass to any country/reign include in the travel arrangements which you purchase from India. If you fail to do so, we have no liability to you for any cost, lose or damage which you suffer, nor will be refund you the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangement. In some cases, countries will refuse entry to clients who have criminal records. Should you be concerned about this, please check with the embassy or consult of the countries to which you are travelling. The lead name is entirely responsible for ensuring that all members of the group have the correct and valid documentation for the travel. We cannot except responsibility for any failure to comply resulting in any cost or fines being incurred and the we advise you to check with your passport office or the consult in question if you have any quarries. Clients travelling overland to certain destination may need to also pass-through controls of other countries/en-route so this should be allowed for with any passport/visa applications.

We are able to give basic information on mandatory helps requirements; however, we are not medical experts, it is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain proper and detailed medical advice at-least 2 months prior to travel for the latest help requirements, recommendations for your destinations and any costs. Where you do not do so and either are not allowed to enter in any country, or suffer personal injury or death as a result, we have no liability to you for any cost, loss or damage which you suffer nor will we refund you the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangements. Clients with existing medical problems pregnant woman and anyone who has recently visit other counties should check requirements with their general practitioner when assessing weather tours will operate with the advice from the Indian foreign office and other relevant government bodies. It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with the travel device provided by this government bodies.

 

It is your responsibility to tell us before you book of any disability or medical condition which effect your holiday arrangements and any resulting special needs. All such information must be confirmed in writing before or at the time of booking. A reasonable level of fitness is required for a holidays and excursions as some walking can be involved. If you’re in any doubt about the suitability of any of our holidays, please just ask.

Leader authority and behaviour

​

On an active group holiday, it is necessary that you abide the authority of the leader, who represents the company. If you commit any illegal act when on the holiday or if in the reasonable opinion of the leader found your behaviour is disruptive, threatening or abusive or is causing or likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to other we may terminate your travel arrangements without any liability on our part. If the caption of your flight or ferry or your overseas staff belief that you could be disruptive, they can also refuse to let you proceed with your travel arrangements. If this means you are not allowed to board the flight out bond from India, we will treat your booking as cancelled by you from that moment, and you will have to pay full cancellation charges. If this occurs overseas than you will become responsible for your own return home and any other members of your group who cannot or will not travel without you. In any of these circumstances no refund or compensation will be paid to you and we may make a claim against you for any costs and expenses incurred as a result of your behaviour e.g. The cost of diverting an aircraft or ferry to remove you. Criminal proceeding may also be instigated

 

The accommodation we arrange for you must only be used by those people named on your confirmation invoice (or on any amendment invoice issued). You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there. You are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to your accommodation or its contents during your stay, except damage caused by persons not known to you. These charges must be met by you and may have to be paid locally.

 

Photography & Testimonial

​

Any likeness or image of you secured or taken on any of our holidays may be used by the company without charges in all media (whether now existing or in the future invented) for bona fide promotional or marketing purposes, including without limitation promotional materials of any kind such as broachers, slides, video shows or the internet. Any written feedback supplied to the company may also be used promotional purposes as detailed above. 

  

 

  • Any trips will be only considered confirm on receiving 50% advance in the form of a token money based on total tour cost, no verbal confirmation.

  • Token amount will be non-refundable in any case or any circumstance the trip/tour is cancelled by the school nor it will be adjusted in any further trips.

  • We do not take any responsibility of the any students in the trip, accompanying teachers be solely responsible for all the students.

  • Everyone who is going on the trip will have to fill the company agreement form dully signed by them with the basic mutual consent and the other terms and conditions.

  • Medical fitness & any disability form and if any will be declared by the student parents.

  • Travel insurance of all the travellers by themselves or one can ask the company to get you a travel insurance on cash payment.

  • 50% advance for all confirmed programs & rest amount will be deposited before one month of the schedule departure of the group.

  • If trip cancelled for some reasons 80% will be refunded before two months, 40% will be refunded 15days before the schedule departure & no refund will be given at the no show or last minutes cancellation which is 10days before the schedule departure of the trip. (Reason being that all the money will be transferred to the hotels booked transport booked, flight booked and doing all travelling arrangements of the confirmed guests)

  • Trip refund will be totally dependent on the (Peak, Medium, Dull) seasons also.

  • Cancellation policies will be also taken care.

  • Special discounts and FOC on 40+ group members.

  • Above are the BOOKING conditions under which we work.

Proper Clothing’s, Warm Cloths, Proper shoes, Sunburn cream, Sunglasses, Water bottle, Binoculars, day bag, Torch, extra pairs of socks & undergarments.

Tour cost includes: -

  • All accommodation (Hotel or Camping) on double or triple sharing basis.

  • All meals. **depends on which arrangements you have booked the trip with us**

  • All internal transport.

  • Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Monuments entrances.

  • local guides for the monuments sightseeing.

Tour cost does not include: -

​

  • Any personal expenses of personal nature like Phone calls, Tips, Laundry, portage, cold drinks, personal medicine, Photography at any historical monuments, Any sudden increase in bus/train/air fare etc.

We never sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information to anyone. This privacy policy describes what information we collect from you, how it is used and what security measures we take to protect it.

 

 

Newsletter

If you are on our mailing list, we only ask for your email address. This information is used to send you information about our company, products or other items that may be of interest to you. We will not contact you more than once monthly. Our newsletters may occasionally contain links to our website or other hotel websites. 

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out at any time by requesting to be removed from our mailing list by emailing us.

 

Orders & Payments

When you place an order with us, we require contact information, such as your name, phone no. and e-mail address and in some cases, partial or full postal address or telephone number. Copy of Passport/Visa/Voter ids/Adhar Card/Driving licence. This information is only used to contact you with information about your order. In rare cases, we may need to share your contact information with suppliers of booked services from your tour. Otherwise, we do not sell or share this information with any third parties.

At the time of booking, we also ask you for payment transfer into our bank account and we do not ask for your bank details nor to we keep any such details.

We only keep email address and contact details within the hard drive of one computer in our office. Nothing is kept online. All generic emails are blind copies therefore your information is not visible to anyone else at any time.

​

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, phone no. address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your tour operator, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc.

​

Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons).

Usually, your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. 

​

You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this, please ask us.
